General Orders

After checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once your order ships, you’ll get a second email with tracking information.

Due to high demand, orders are fulfilled in the order they’re received.

Processing Time: 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after Friday 11 AM PST ship the following Monday.

 

 

Domestic Shipping

We ship all domestic orders via USPS.

  • Free shipping on all orders over $60. One of a kind art not included.

  • Occasionally, limited free shipping promotions are available.

  • All qualifying orders ship via USPS Priority.

 

 

International Shipping

We’re currently working to expand to international shipping.

An announcement will be made once available.

 

 

Pre-Orders

We offer pre-orders to help balance supply and demand while reducing waste.

How It Works

  • Place your order as normal.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email and receipt — this acts as our agreement to produce your item at the listed price.

  • Please double-check your shipping address; we’re not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect information.

Production Timeline

  • Production begins 1–3 weeks after order confirmation.

  • Shipping typically occurs 8–12 weeks after confirmation.

  • If delays occur, we’ll contact you with updated timelines or offer a full refund.

Updates

We’ll send production updates via email or post them on Instagram. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details.

Return Policy

Returns do not apply to:

  • One-of-a-kind artworks

  • Pre-orders

  • Collectible goods


These items are final sale and non-returnable.

For all other eligible items, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

 

Return Steps

  1. Email info@mednokta.com to request approval before sending your return.

  2. Once approved, we’ll send you a shipping label.

  3. Items must be in resaleable condition — unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

 

Fees & Refund Options

  • Returns are free, minus a $5 processing fee.

  • Alternatively, choose store credit for a full refund with no fees.

  • Refunds (minus fees) are processed within 7 business days after inspection.

  • Credit card refunds may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your account.
