PRE-ORDER INFORMATION:
We offer pre-orders to help balance supply and demand, reducing waste.
How to Place Your Pre-Order:
Simply place your order just like you would with any other purchase.
Order Confirmation:
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email and receipt. This email serves as an agreement from Mednokta Studios® to provide you with the products you requested at the price of your order. Keep this email, as we may need to verify your order information before shipping.
Shipping Address:
We ship to the address you provide during the order. Please make sure it's accurate. We are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to incorrect shipping information.
Production and Delivery:
- Pre-orders typically start production within 1-3 weeks after order confirmation.
- We'll notify you when production is complete and provide timeline updates.
- Please allow 8-12 weeks for your order to be shipped after confirmation.
Delays:
If a pre-ordered item will be shipped later than the estimated 8-12 weeks, we will notify you. You can choose to either receive a full refund or accept an updated estimated shipping date.
Stay Updated:
We'll keep you informed with production updates via email or on our Instagram. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.
Returns:
Please note that pre-orders are not eligible for returns.

IN-STOCK ORDER(S) SHIPPING:
After checkout, once the order is confirmed we will send you a confirmation email. You will receive a follow-up email as soon as the item is shipped with tracking. Due to the high demand for items, orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We ship Domestic orders using USPS. We offer free shipping on all orders over 100$ and these will be sent out using USPS Priority.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We are working to begin international shipping, and will make an announcement once we begin.
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS, TAXES, AND DUTIES.
Shipping & Handling will take approximately 5-7 BUSINESS days (please note that this does not include weekends & holidays ). Any order placed on Friday after 11 am PST will be sent out on the following Monday.
RETURNS OF IN-STOCK ORDER(S):
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for store credit or another product within five (7) days of the shipping date.
Please e-mail "info@mednokta.com" to begin your return. Do not return until approved. Once approved we will cover return shipping costs.
The returned items must be in resaleable condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all original tags attached.
Please note: The amount refunded does not include any outbound shipping paid on the original purchase. Additionally, you require an account to receive your store credit.
Once your return is received and inspected by our staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your credit will be processed and automatically applied to your account.
